I love cooking, especially Ukrainian cuisine but I am always open to something new and I enjoy learning recipes from different culture. I believe that by the national meals of the country you can somehow describe it’s culture. When I cook Ukrainian national cuisine I always feel like I am that young girl who learns how to cook borsch with her mother, it gives me a feeling of home and comfort.
