I get inner satisfaction from the sensations from the fact that I can control my body and my spirit and mind. It is difficult to convey in words, because I am not yet an experienced yogi.

You must support each other in all situations. After all, nothing is more important than the approval and support of the closest person. After all, if your loved one does not support you, he will look for her in others. Confidence. This is the foundation of the relationship. Without him, all attempts to build strong relationships sooner or later will end in failure. Accept your loved one as he is, and do not try to change it, "adjusting" to your expectations and the imaginary image.
